COLOR IMATCH TEXTILE FORMULATION SOFTWARE
Colour Formulation Comprehensive dye loading ensures and accurate match between recipes and substrates over the full range of dyestuff concentrations. A flexible file format lets you set up the database unique to each substrate. Dyestuffs in the database can be grouped for lightfastness, rubfastness, chlorine resistance, dry cleaning and other fastness-related characteristics.
Match Prediction Substrate correlation automatically compensates for slight differences in raw materials. You can sort best matches by weighted cost, metamerism or delta E. Dyestuff standards, formulations and batches can be viewed on-screen before going into production. Fixed single dyestuff usage permits technicians to set minimum and maximum dye concentrations, controlling dye usage at the point of formulation.
Quality Control The software handles QC for formulation, production and inspection of finished goods, Shade sort, search and tagging improves swatching efficiency. Other useful features include fast, easy batch control with command queue builder and automatic trial naming.
